This recipe works exclusively with its cold setting, which pulses to gently meld chocolate with pre-chilled milk or dairy alternative. The result? Refreshingly cold barista-grade drinking chocolate. Each sachet contains a precise amount of finely milled real chocolate. Simply add to the Velvetiser with pre-chilled milk, turn the dial left and press. Then pour into a Podglass™, crafted to hold one serving of drinking chocolate – and to accommodate ice.

INSTRUCTIONS
Using milk or dairy alternative:
1. Pour 220ml milk into your Velvetiser, up to the max indicator line.
2. Take your single-serve of finely milled real chocolate, shake well, then add in.
3. Turn the dial left and press. Let the Velvetiser work its magic.
4. 2.5 minutes later, pour into your Podglass™ – sized to accommodate ice.
